She carefully walked me through each fee, explained why it was there, and answered all of my questions.

I had several recalls that needed done. I got most of them done in April then had to wait until the last part came in. Ashley helped me and stayed in contact with me and let me know when the part was in. Great service and great help!

Always a good experience. I take my non fords there to as I have been deceived but other dealership service departments. I have even tried to see if they would lie to me by putting new air filters and cabin filters in myself before service. Never once have the tried to deceive me. Great Service and even better people.

Took my truck in for a recall. The service was completed in less than an hour which I was not expecting.
Paul was great. I took my car in for a routine oil change and he let me know of a recall. He scheduled my appointment, explained what they were going to do and said if needed, I would get a loaner car.

Excellent customer service. Very polite staff. Called Department of Tranportation Safety Hotline because of a recall and they hang up instantly. Finally got through. Maybe congress can get a financial bill passed to help with these recalls. I mean we did just confiscate gold bars from a CIA agent and im sure those would pay for all the A and B pillars with ease.
