If you want straight forward deals, and great integrity. This place is the spot. Cameron Anderson is a phenomenal agent and his manger processed my sale without me being present. Efficient process. Setup the 10:30 am appointment online for recall work. Showed up and had a service employee help me within minutes. Work completed same day with a phone call at 3 pm to pick it up.
I brought my 2020 F-150 in for a hub/ wheel bearing issue. Ashley took great care of my needs. She’s thorough, kind, friendly, attentive, and professional. She deserves 5 stars. The person who worked on my vehicle also did a great job. The reason I gave 4 stars is because I come from Tennessee, and in Tennessee we dealerships tend not to charge a separate fee for diagnostics; it’s usually covered through the warranty or the dealership waives the diagnostic fee if you proceed with them doing the work. I love Ken Garff’s service dept! They are always amazing.. Nikki is typically who I work with and she is professional and personable at the same time! I just wish the guys would remember my Oil Change sticker.. they forget it often. Otherwise great great service!!!!
Today I was having car issues, and they let my son and myself stay inside in the AC and they listened to my car problems even though my car wasn't their responsibility.

Dropped off Ford CMAX at 9:30, got a call at noon, picked it up around 2:00.
Mostly a great experience, yet after I left the dealership I noticed my check engine light was on. When I got home to Kanab, I called the dealership, and the 'fixes' didn't work. After a few days the check engine light finally cleared. Real good people at Ken Garff Ford in St. George, I just had an unfortunate experience with the check engine light.
Josh & Tony Zockoll have found my last few trucks and they are second to none. They find what I need, take care of the extra's and deliver promptly with a no nonsense approach. I highly recommend them. The service center at St. George Ford is great (especially Nikki) as well, they always take great care of me.

I live out of town and Jerimiah found a bronco badlands in the color I wanted and had it shipped for me. He also had a tow hitch put on. He communicated with me throughout the whole process. He made buying my Bronco easy.
They did an excellent job with service and oil change. They topped off fluids and didn't charge for them

Valet service helped out to get car fixed. Danny bills is always great to work with. Found problem, fixed, returned car. Horn no longer screams on its own.

Service was fast. So far everything is working great. Surprised by the price. Had to do some haggling to use my out of state warranty, but we got it done.
I trust St George Ken Garff Ford with my vehicle, with warranty and non warranty work. They are honest and reliable, I think they do a great job keeping my vehicle in tip top condition.

My service expert Paul went above and beyond with communication, allowing me to know what was going on every step of the way and from the moment I dropped my Bronco off while I waited till the time I picked it up. The customer service offer by St George Ford is exceptional in one of a kind I would not take my Ford any other place.
