I normally hate going to car dealerships, but I had such a great experience at Ken Garff Ford! Chris was amazing. I originally went in looking at a different car but he actually listened to what I needed and pointed me in the direction of my Hyundai Sonata which I LOVE. I never felt pressured or like anyone was trying to be sneaky. Steve in finance was also great, and everyone was so friendly. The whole process was so easy and I’m really glad I went to Ken Garff! (When you go ask for Chris!)

Jackie was my service rep and she was very thorough with her explanation of what had to be done and other problems during my service. She did everything she could to keep the price down and worked to meet my expectations. The service performed was replacing my cam, timing chains, and my water pump. Found the vehicle i never knew i always wanted. Service was amazing. Brea was an anaconda sales person very knowledgeable. Buying prices was quick and easy.
Just a regular oil change. Was initially told it would take 90 minutes but it was done in less than an hour.
Biggest problem was their phone answering services!! Hooked up with Salt Lake City, their service department that tried to get me to sign up for 5 additional years for $6,000. And 3 more attempts to contact their LOCAL service department. As far as their work; EXCELLENT service ‼️
My elderly mother was looking for a new car. Buying a new car can be intimidating. We were so happy to find Brynlie and Chad to help mom through the process. Brynlie was amazing with helping us find the right car for the right price and helping my mom learn the technology of the car. We are so grateful to them for helping us make the right choice. Oil change
Experienced great service at the Ford Dealership in St. George. They were quick and very thorough with my truck. They also had great prices.
I was going through town and needed an oil change, lube, tire rotation, and service check. Without an appointment I was able to get right on with Quik Lube lane's. My Service Advisor was outstanding, very friendly and helpful, and got me completed in reasonable time! It was a pleasure to deal with all the staff!
Apparently a weak battery compromises a 2022 Maverick’s performance, as in “it won’t go into gear, any gear.” Ken Garff took care of me, good care. And I got a free soft drink while I was there. I was very pleased with their service. It was Biblical! Ok, maybe not that good, but it was good.
Ford F150 transmission recall. They picked up the F150 from my home, Did the fix and brought the F150 back. It was so nice to not drop off the F150 and wait for the fix.
The Quick Lane was fast service, short wait time, and the Service Writer did an excellent job explaining what service was accomplished. I waited for just over an hour in a very comfortable Customer Waiting Area, enjoyed a cup of coffee, and was out with a very reasonable cost. The staff were all very friendly, helpful, and answered a few questions I had concerning my truck. Since I was just traveling through, my experience was pleasant and easy.

We are tourists from Illinois. We hit an object on I15 and it damaged our car. We found the Garff Ford dealer. When we enter the service area, we saw Ashley Cole and told her that we have an emergency. I cannot say enough about how she picked up the ball and took care of everything. she took the car in got us a shuttle to the enterprise car rental. We rented a car and continued on our journey. Ashley kept us. Up-to-date and everything.

I’ve had an unlucky bout with a recent purchase of our Ford Expedition bought from a different dealership. After talking with Russ, who I believe is one of the service managers, he eventually got me in contact with Jim Jones. Jim took great care of us on getting the necessary repairs a done for our vehicle. I will be taking my vehicle here from now on for any servicing or repairs needed.

I love St George Ford Quick Lane Oil Change. Easy on-line scheduling. Quick and courteous checkin. I like the savings from their package of 3 oil changes. I also like that they have a shuttle service that can drop you off and pick you up, avoiding the wait. Been coming to St George Ford for years and they never disappoint.
Javier listened and resolved all of concerns in a timely manner. He communicated well with me. I was able to get my vehicle back the same day.
