Great staff. My only issue is they advertise they check all fluids in an oil change. Not so. They do Not check battery fluids. They do Not tell you this. I lost 2 batteries in a 2 yr-old F-250 diesel because I thought they were checking the fluid level. Cost me $688 and the service folks weren’t too concerned.

Had my F250 SuperDuty Diesel oil change done at St. George Ford. It was my first time there and I was very impressed with the Quality of service which was done while I waited. They had a good self service coffee bar there and even had Black Rifle Coffee!

We did not purchase a vehicle here but I wanted to share our experience. Drove in to St George for the day and while on the freeway, on our way back to Vegas, noticed the steering wheel was shaking. We looked in the trunk for a jack so we could replace it with the spare tire. We couldn't find one. We asked for help and without hesitation, they told us to pull in the back and they'd change the tire for us. We were so grateful for the help! They saved us! Thank you to everyone at Ken Garff Ford. If they treat non customers as nicely as they did us, i can imagine how nicely they treat their customers When I'm in the market for a vehicle, I'm calling them first. Thank you so very much!!

We were en route to Zion when we noticed shimmering in the wheels of our ford transit van indicating a wheel balance was needed. We stopped in at Ken Garff ford with no appointment and advisor Jerry Lucas provided excellent service, getting the van into a mechanic very quickly. Jerry was knowledgeable and friendly, and super accommodating of the fact we were traveling through. The wheels were well balanced and the shimmering disappeared and we were on our way in about 2 hours. Then, 2 weeks and 1500 miles later en route home, the check engine light came on and we were coincidentally about 30 minutes from St George. We headed back to Ken Garff ford and again Jerry Lucas was great in helping us. He determined the fault code that was causing the light to come on and again was super knowledgeable in explaining the causes, fixes, and the possibility it was a sensor problem. Despite that the service department was fully booked, Jerry and a mechanic took a more detailed look and ruled out physical problems that would prevent us from driving home. Jerry consistently demonstrated exemplary customer service and technical skills in helping out travelers in need on two occasions. Thank you jerry and Ken Garff ford!

I had three recalls on my car come in and they got them all squared away. I loved the third-party valet service that picked up and returned my car so that I could stay at work while the service was being done.

I have always been very pleased with the service at Ford. My father bought all his vehicles from Tony. He adored that guy. I have bought at least 4 vehicles over the years. Brad, in the service center is always on top of things. The truck was brought to my home by an adorable young man. I do have one complaint. The console in the front has this problem. When you put it back in place, it beeps and doesn’t stop. Two times now I have told Brad so he turns the truck on and nothing beeps. So he says if I can’t hear it I can’t fix it. You have to drive it just around the block. He would hear it. I would really like this fixed. It has done this from the day I bought it brand new. Just drive it a minute and you can hear how annoying it is. Other than that everything is good. Just have to keep the console down. Thank you

Had some basic preventative done. The service people were very nice, but still a bit shocked how expensive it was. ($335 for 2 fuel filters replaced.)

We had an excellent experience purchasing our new Bronco from Easton at Ken Garff St. George Ford.

A few weeks ago I had to take my Bronco in for a warranty issue. This issue with my Bronco was complicated and not easy to diagnose. The service department rep was Jason S. He was very patient, understanding and professional. This issue with my vehicle took a couple weeks to find and fix. The service dept. was very thorough and made sure everything was fixed properly. I would recommend Jason 10/10.

Sadly the mechanic and advisor get paid higher than most highly skilled professionals (ie doctors and lawyers). Nonetheless, I was charged for basically twice for removing and installing an engine. Inwas hoping that the knowledge of the advisor would be able to help guide me into a more informed decision, but that was not the case and even though it’s only my opinion, I absolutely feel that I was duped into this decision as the advisor likely knowing full well that the warranty company would deny this claim but would gain her a larger commission doing this. I ended up sourcing out my own motor replacement to keep the cost down as much as possible as their quote was insanely high and had them do the work as I lived out of town and figured I was already 4k deep into this dealership I may as well finish the work they already started. Sadly this was a horrible experience both monetarily and emotionally frustrating. The stigma of “stealerships” is highly accurate and I hoped would never happen to me did. To further add injury to insult, when picking up my vehicle there was external damage to a window that was not there previously when dropped off. I picked up the vehicle on a Saturday and unfortunately there was no manager available and the advisor was unable to do anything…convenient. So as of this writing, I have left 2 voicemail messages and have still not had a phone call back which I’m not surprised as I’m very familiar with their normal operation of failure to communicate in a timely manner. Well 3 months later I got my vehicle back and it appears the mechanic has done his job appropriately. The only thing I can do now is hopefully help other consumers avoid this same predicament and avoid this service department and its employees (advisor and manager) as they do not have the interest of the customer in mind and will only do what I feel will benefit their bottom line and individual pockets. Buyer beware!

I don’t know anything about the sales part of Ken Garff, but their services department is mediocre. I went in for an oil change and it was an awkward experience. I wasn’t greeted or even acknowledged when I entered. I ended up standing there for a few minutes waiting for someone to at least look at me or something. I’ve been here several times and it’s been like that. It’s not horrible, but I definitely didn’t feel like anyone wanted to help me. It isn’t super easy to book an appointment online and the online payment system didn’t work. I did appreciate that they honored my appointment even though I was about 10 minutes late. Again not a terrible place, but it could be a little better

Where do I start, Sam and David were amazing throughout this whole process, First time I have ever felt comfortable at a dealership to be honest. They both really took their time to explain every little thing and answer every question I had with extreme detail. Sam really looked out for me and stayed true to his word and let me lock in my truck with a tiny deposit since other potential clients were interested as well and I know this for a fact since over the years I’ve fell short on getting one of these due to not pulling the trigger right away. David came in on his day off to go over all the financial paper work with me and even had some great advice for me on my new purchase, he was very honest with me about everything and made me feel like we were just hanging out and not rushed and pressed like my last experience with a different dealership. We were near St. George UT and contacted Ken Garff Ford for help. I was able to make it to our RV park in La Verkin UT, unhitched, and immediately took my F-350 to the dealership late on a Friday afternoon. Our Service Advisor was Brad Carlson who certainly went above and beyond to help us out. By this time, the local car rental agencies were all closed. The only option at this point for a rental car was at the St. George airport,15 miles away, and Brad offered to drive me there! I was able to get a rental car and Ken Garff had my truck fixed and ready for pick up on Tuesday. What an amazing testament to true customer service. Thank you Brad and Ken Garff Ford!

I have been taking my personal and company vehicles to Ken Garff Ford for Advantage care oil changes for the past 4 years. I typically schedule my appointment ahead of time, and drop my vehicle off to them. They are quick to get the vehicle serviced, attentive to the details of anything else that needs attention, and get back to me. I have worked with several of the advisors, and they have all been great to work with. I strongly recommend the service team @ Ken Garff Ford in St. George.

Ken Garff, St George is always a great experience when I need my Ford serviced. The valet service also is very convenient for me as I am at work.

Our salesman Jason horlacher was awesome, he was great helping me and my wife with the purchase of our Ford Maverick, and during the process, he would always check on us to make sure we were still doing okay. He wasn't pressuring us to make the purchase, or trying to rush us in anyway, In my opinion, best salesman 💯.

Recently moved into town and was very happy with my experience at Ken Garff Ford. I would highly recommend.
